Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of feel20.co and Feel20 services. By using the site or submitting an eligibility check, you agree to them.
1. What Feel20 is — and isn't
Feel20 is a wellness brand and platform. We are not a medical group, pharmacy, or insurer. All medical care is provided by independent, US-licensed healthcare providers, and all medications are dispensed by licensed US pharmacies. Feel20 does not practice medicine and does not guarantee that any provider will prescribe any treatment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a state where the service is available. Submitting an eligibility check does not create a provider–patient relationship; that relationship is formed only between you and a licensed provider after a consultation.
3. Not for emergencies
Feel20 is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
4. Payments & cancellation
Plan pricing is shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. The eligibility check is free; you are charged only if a provider prescribes treatment and you choose to proceed.
5. Honest expectations
Individual results vary. Statements on this site about how members want to feel are aspirational and are not promises of any specific medical outcome. Your provider — not our marketing — sets your clinical expectations.
6. Acceptable use
Provide accurate information; inaccurate health information can lead to unsafe care. Don't misuse the site, attempt to access others' data, or resell the service.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feel20 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits the responsibility of licensed providers for the medical care they deliver.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. See also our Privacy Policy and Telehealth Consent.
