GLP-1 is the anchor
Weight care is where most people start, and GLP-1 is the medicine behind it. The other programs aren't a fad list bolted on — each is a physician-guided therapy studied for a specific role, and none is sold off a shelf.
What each one is studied for
NAD+ and B12 are studied for supporting cellular energy metabolism as natural levels decline with age. Sermorelin is a growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog studied for its role in the overnight repair behind restorative sleep.
PT-141 (bremelanotide) is studied to act on desire centrally — through melanocortin pathways in the brain — rather than through blood flow. Glutathione is studied as the body's primary intracellular antioxidant.
The same gate, every time
Every program runs through the same free eligibility check and a US-licensed provider who decides whether a therapy fits you, sets the dose, and stays involved. Research is ongoing on all of these, and individual experience varies.
If a provider decides something isn't appropriate, you'll hear it honestly — and you pay nothing unless a provider prescribes treatment.
A note on this guide: This is general education, not medical advice or a promise about your results. Individual results vary, these therapies can cause side effects, and a US-licensed provider decides whether any treatment is appropriate for you. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
